Prosper Develop as a regular contributor to Australian Property Investor Magazine's Profitable Small Developments initiative, aims to share case studies of how to do various property strategies effectively in the current challenging market climate.

At Prosper Develop, we are always interested in unearthing new great projects so if you have a viable deal that you would like to partner with us on then we'd love to hear from you. We are also regularly asked to find viable projects for people also - to either actively develop for themselves or to joint venture with us on our projects as investment partners.

We do a very limited number of new projects each year to ensure we grow at a manageable rate as quality-of-life is more important to us than profits. We carefully screen all of our projects and project partners to ensure that they meet very strict criteria (eg. all of our project partners must be sophisticated investors in order to fall within ASIC's strict guidelines).

And finally we aim to offer a small but effective range of educational materials for those who are just keen to get started and want a good grounding in some of the fundamentals they're going to need without having to spend thousands, and precious weekends attending courses. Some of these programs come with a consultation with Margie Baldock to ensure that you are off to a great start on your property developing journey. Margie's time is her most precious resource so she keeps consultations to a minimum and her pricing reflects the opportunity cost of not-doing-deals when consulting (in short- Margie loves consulting but needs to ensure it doesnt take up her precious developing and lifestyle time!).
